What is Hugi?

Hugi is the leading free international electronical magazine (diskmag) in the PC Scene. Here, you can download all issues released so far.

The handling of this magazine is very easy. If you are a Windows user, just pick an issue (click here) and download it. Then you can disconnect from the Internet. Unzip the issue and start it by executing the included .exe file.

If you are a user of Linux or BeOS, you can download engines for those operating systems here.

First you will get to see a beautiful picture created by a scene artist. At the same time well-sounding music will start playing in the background. Now you can choose among a vast amount of articles and read them all offline, in a pleasant atmosphere. Each issue contains several hundreds of kilobyte of articles.

Hugi deals with a wide range of topics: computer art (especially demos - see the page Introduction to the Demoscene), programming, new technologies, politics, philosophy, lifestyle, poetry & stories, music and more.

Hugi's aim is to provide a platform for creative and innovative people where they can present their ideas and works to a large audience sharing the same interests.
